Friday Evening Restorative Sessions 

Offered throughout the year, these sessions are designed to help you slow down, release tension and transition gently into rest.

Through supported, calming postures and guided relaxation, each session allows your nervous system to settle - making it easier to move from the pace of the week into a more peaceful night’s sleep.

Rather than publishing fixed dates, sessions are offered at selected points throughout the year, shaped by interest and availability.
